1. Anadarko – Nothing new to report
2. Altus – Beginning negotiations, Bob Newbrough is doing a financial analysis for the local
3. Chickasha – Have begun negotiations and have a few changes already signed off on, grievance over City refusing to pay for members paramedic training which is a job requirement
4. Duncan– Nothing new to report on
5. Fredrick – Couple of issues they are working on, one on promotions and the other trying to come up with a step pay plan
6. Lawton – City hired a new City Manager, should be better to work with for the Unions
7. Lindsay – City terminated City Manager who was causing many issues, Local President is meeting today with interim City Manager and trying to resolve issues related to agreement between parties on first contract, had a member terminated almost a year ago and the Local filed a grievance however the City was stalling on processing the grievance and about two weeks ago Adam Welliver, who was handling the case and against the locals and PFFO’s wishes contacted the arbitrator and City and cancelled the hearing with no chance of recourse for the Local or grievant. This may be resolved with the new interim City Manager
8. Mustang – City Manager resigned last month, local has begun negotiations
9. Newcastle– Nothing new to report on
