    Ricky Burns

    1. Anadarko – Attended pre-d hearing for a  member who is being investigated for alleged neglect of duty, member was later notified he was being investigated for neglecting to show up to work and allegedly falsifying time records

    2. Altus – Nothing new to report

    3. Chickasha – Nothing new to report

    4. Duncan – Nothing new to report on

    5. Fredrick – New Secretary and Vice-President elected

    6. Lawton – Had member terminated for alleged workers comp

fraud, Union has filed a grievance on the issue….had an issue on

new tattoo policy however it has since been resolved

    7.  Mustang – Nothing new to report on

    8. Newcastle – Nothing new to report on

Crossover work in other districts: Got the award back for the Warr Acres case(shift exchange) and the Union prevailed. New tactic from the Love law offices is for Cities to “disavow” or cease a past practice by simply putting the local on notice at the expiration of a CBA. Matt Love is attempting to do this in Warr Acres on the issue for which we just prevailed, I can only assume that we will start seeing this in other Cities where the Love’s are working.
