      PFFO District 3 June 2017 Report 1.     Bartlesville – Negotiations are ongoing.  Conducted an MFA through the IAFF and a comprehensive audit through Bob Newbrough.  Submitted a request to the IAFF for a wage survey.

    PFFO District 3 May 2017 Report 1.  Bartlesville – Negotiations for 2017-2018 CBA are underway.  City is waiting to discuss wages until numbers for insurance are in.  Anticipating a 24% increase on City insurance. 2.  Blackwell – Negotiations are underway.  Reached agreement between Local and City for firefighter with PTSD to return to work.

    PFFO District 3 April 2017 Report 1.  Bartlesville – Negotiations for 2017-2018 CBA are underway.  Grievance regarding selection of Honor Guard members by Fire Chief has been settled. 2.  Blackwell – Negotiations have begun.  Working with Local and City on mutual agreement for firefighter with PTSD to return to work. 3.

    PFFO District 3 March Report 1.  Bartlesville – Pending grievance regarding selection of members to participate in Fire Department Honor Guard.  Seniority and past practice was not followed.  Negotiations to begin March 22, 2017. 2.  Bristow – 2016-2017 contract was only recently ratified and included a new step increase schedule.
